Velkora occupies a brutal stretch of Teravana’s northern coast, exposed to cold winds and currents. Taiga, tundra, rock-strewn uplands, boggy lowlands, cold rivers, seasonal ice, and isolated valleys leave little forgiving ground.
Civilization survives in isolated fortified bastions: towns, mining communities, and coastal settlements separated by enormous tracts of difficult wilderness.
