A settlement on the southern shore of Lake Zafeiros, close to the river road toward Ardalambe.
River networks and older intrigue
Safflora stands where lake traffic and the southbound Lithanar route meet. Stories connect the town to a covert contact called Skiá and to clandestine deliveries made by fishing boat along the burned shoreline.
They hint at the reach of the Potamokrátores and other river networks without defining the whole town by smuggling. Most visitors first encounter Safflora as a lakeside crossroads.
